Girls, when you receive flowers...?

Girls, when you receive flowers, especially if it's totally unexpected, what comes through your mind?





I know it depends on the occasion...


So I'm not talking about when a guy screws up, and send you flowers to apologize...





I'm talking about when you receive flowers from a guy who you don't expect flowers from (a friend etc)





Do you think that the guy who sent you the flowers has an interest in you???

Yea, I definitely think they're interested if they send me flowers. (I've never seen a random guy give a girl flowers if he's absolutely not interested at all.)





But if the boy who gives it to me is someone I'm not attracted to (or could never be attracted to with time) then it freaks me out and I feel really embarrassed. (especially if the flowers were delivered in public). You should probably talk to her before you send the flowers so you can see if she's also attracted to you. If she is, then sending flowers is a cute/romantic way to tell her you're interested :)

once a good friend of mine was having some money troubles so i helped him out just because i wanted to. he keep insisting on repaying me but i never accepted money from him. at some point in one of many conversations i mentioned my favorite flower and told him that i have never recieved flowers from anyone before.


one day out of no where, i found a vase full of my favorite flowers left on my nightstand with a note that said, i told you i'd repay you.





it made me feel so great inside. words couldn't describe the way i actually felt.








and yes i think he had an interest in me because he actually remembered such a small interest of mine and used it to bring me joy.
Reply:Yes. And depending on the guy, I will be either terrified or flattered.
Reply:i think it just depends. if ur really good friends then shell probably think ur just being nice. or she might think u have an interset in her. it really all depends.

And not a "You're so hot, I wanna **** you" kind of interest.





But a genuine interest.





Can't go wrong with flowers.
Reply:Maybe this friend knew you were having a ruff week or something and was just trying to brighten up your day. Or maybe they are interrested you'd have to ask them. Are you interrested in this person is the better question?
Reply:If it is completely out of the blue, then yes I might think he likes me. But it also has a lot to do with what the card says, and what type of flowers they are. Red roses are not usually sent to friends.

Reply:Yes. We know the guy is interested, unless like you said its a special occasion, like a birthday graduation etc.
Reply:Yeah, I think I would be suspicious that there's more to the 'friendship' than I knew. Flowers should be sent by love interests only, unless you're in the hospital or dead.
Reply:Yes, i would deinitely think he is interested. I would hope for a guy who would send flowers that I like personally. I absolutely hate red roses. They are over done and kind of depressing. Something like daisies or roses of a different color are good. Try to find out what kind she likes.
Reply:I was totally surprised when I received flowers at my job a few months back. They came from a friend that I knew in a casual way and we spoke rarely (maybe once every month) well i called him to thank him for the flowers and he said he was just thinking about me and decided to send flowers. He never mentioned getting together or seeing me, it was just a nice thought and nothing more. So my answer to you is, "NO" flowers are not necessarily an intent to anything. Maybe if the card said something like "love, miss you, lets get together etc." you could draw more meaning.
Reply:Unexpected flowers from a male friend... well if she ever questioned your interest, she no longer will! :-) That's very romantic and sure to win you points...





but does she like you? I ask this because if she doesn't then sending her flowers will weird out the friendship... if she likes you then it should close the deal...
